If you current web hosting isn't performing – maybe it's slow or unreliable or just plain expensive and you want to migrate to our UK cloud then we have made it even easier!

We have automated systems that can migrate your website files, databases and email accounts* from a wide range of popular web hosting services (see the list below). These automated systems will migrate every last bit of your data from your current webhost to us. The migration is quick (most small to medium sized websites can be migrated in minutes) and all data is checked to make sure it's copied across without data loss.
If you emails are hosted along with your website then we can migrate those too – even your email account passwords! So your emails will just carry on working without any issues**
Who can we migrate hosting accounts from?
Currently we can automatically migrate websites and emails from the following providers:
- cPanel (ANY webhosting that uses the popular cpanel hosting account control panel)
- Plesk (ANY webhosting that uses the Plesk hosting account control panel)
- DirectAdmin (ANY webhosting that uses the DirectAdmin hosting control panel)

Can you really migrate my emails as well?
Generally speaking YES we can move your email accounts from the majority of the providers listed above, the only caveat is the WordPress option, if you only provide us with your wordpress admin details then we can only migrate your website... If you require your emails migrated then we can do that but you would need to provide us the details for each email account you wish us to migrate for you (details include email addresses, passwords and possibly connection details from your current provider).
How long does a migration take?
Because the migrations are fully automated (direct from your current hosting to us) then a typical small to medium sized website will migrate to us in under 10 minutes! (yes minutes). Once you are signed up with us we can usually start the migration process the same day (unlike other providers who schedule migrations for x days in the future).
What happens after the migration?
Once your site is migrated the last step is to change the "nameservers" of your domain name – you can either give us access to where your domain is registered so we can perform the change for you or we can provide you the details and you can make the changes yourself. If you choose to move your domain name over to us to manage then we can make the change without any hassle!
What if my current hosting provider isn't on your list (Or I don't know)?
Just let us know all the details you currently have for your website and your hosting and we will try our best to get you moved over, sometimes we can even work with your current provider to ease the migration process (not all providers are willing to help though). If your current hosting is suspended then we are usually unable to migrate your website.
